At Ode2bread, bread is made without artificial preservatives, hence proper storage will help maintain its flavor and texture.
Enjoy within 2–3 days: Keep it in its bag or inside a bread box. There is also a special beeswax bag for storing sourdough.
For longer storage: Slice the loaf, place it in a gallon ziplock freezer-safe bag, and freeze it. I tend to place parchment paper between the slices to retrieve the frozen slices more easily(optional). Toast or warm the slices directly from the freezer whenever you're ready to enjoy them.

The unsliced loaf maintains its original texture longer than sliced bread. However, if you prefer it pre-sliced, we’re happy to slice it for you free of charge. Just add a request in the "Note to Baker" field when ordering on the Simply Bread app.
